I sat down with Susan Latremoille, a yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience and certifications from Kripalu Centre and Purna Yoga Centre. Susan emphasizes making yoga accessible for all, helping students slow down, connect with their bodies, and find inner peace. 

In this conversation, we discussed the transformative power of shavasana in yoga, choosing the right yoga practice, and balancing active and restorative styles. We also touch on the personal connection to spirit and how creativity flows from universal energy.
